Information on your travel medicine consultation appointment
Please remember to schedule your consultation well in advance – ideally at least five weeks before your trip.
Additionally, please fill out the downloadable questionnaire provided below and submit it to us via email, fax at +49 (89) 975 633 26, postal mail, or in person a few days prior to your consultation or vaccination appointment.
Please bring all vaccination records to your consultation appointment, including older ones. Having these records or their copies in advance allows us to prepare thoroughly and offer you personalized advice. Additionally, after receiving a vaccination, we kindly request that you remain at our facility for approximately 15 minutes before leaving. We also advise taking it easy for the next three days.
